This perennial plant is very popular with beneficial insects, bees, butterflies, hoverflies and other pollinators. Grows to 40cm tall and 30cm across in full sun or patial shadeand moist but well-drained soils. Produces pink flowers from May to September. Good for growing in pots or flower beds.
This plant will grow in a clayey soil, including our local Horfield soil, but avoid planting in any spots that gets waterlogged in the winter.
