Peppery rocket leaves are great for spicing up a salad and these plants are great to grow on a windowsill over the winter. These Elho pots are made from 100% recycled plastic and are 100% recyclable. They include a water reservoir, which is great for thirsty plants like rocket.
 
Place on a sunny windowsill in autumn / winter and harvest the leaves regularly. Move the pot away from window when the weather heats up to help prevent the plant from bolting (flowering).
 
Water well and then allow the compost surface to dry out in order to reduce the risk of getting fungus gnats (harmless but annoying tiny black flies).
