Popular with bees and other pollinators. Grows to 45cm tall and 30cm across in full sun or partial shade and a well-drained, poor soil. Bright orange flowers are produced from May to September. Good for growing in pots or flower beds.
The petals are edible and make a very attractive garnish or they can be dried and used to provide colour in the same way as saffron.
