Brighten up your spring or give this pot as a gift. The photos shown here are from last year and this year's plants have just (5 March) started producing buds. Last year they flowered from mid-March to mid-April.
These plants are fully hardy and the pot can be left outside all year round. Water while the plant is growing when the compost in the pot feels dry.
The clumps of daffodils will get bigger each year and new bulbs (offsets) can be separated off in summer after the leaves have died back.
The bulbs can be planted in the ground, including in our local clayey soil, at a depth of 15cm in a sunny or partially-shady location. This is best done when the leaves have died and the bulbs are dormant.

Three daffodils are provided in a 2l hanging pot in March. The pot is made from powder-coated steel and is 16 cm in diameter with a drainage hole and hook.
All plants are delivered by bicycle within Bristol within five working days (unless otherwise stated). The standard delivery charge is £5 per order, or £2.50 for addresses in BS7. Free delivery for orders over £30.
