A tender perennial that can be grown as an annual. Alternatively, plants can be brought in over the winter until the risk of frost has passed in the next spring.
These are great container plants that grow to 40cm tall and 20cm across in full sun or partial shade and a well-drained soil. Red/orange flowers are produced from May until the first frost in autumn/winter. Leaves are green and a chocolate brown colour.
This plant isn't part of our wildlife-friendly collection but has been grown from seed without the use of peat, pesticides or single-use plastics.
