The flowers of this relative of the evening primrose open in the evening and at nighttime, and are popular with moths, bees and butterflies. This plant grows to 1m tall and 50cm across in full sun or partial shade and well-drained soils. The flowers change from yellow to orange to red and are produced from June to September.
Cut back after flowering.
